The founders, with extensive backgrounds in dirt work and utilities, saw the need for a dependable excavation partner in North Texas. With 15+ years in the construction industry, Blake brings a lifetime of heavy equipment and dirt work expertise. From managing large-scale pipeline projects to founding Kitching & Co, he ensures every project upholds the company’s core values: quality, reliability, and precision.
Brian has nearly two decades of experience across residential and commercial construction. With expertise in project management, site development, and quality assurance, he plays a central role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the highest standard.
With over 30 years in underground utilities, Dan specializes in water, sewer, and storm infrastructure. He’s managed projects from residential developments to complex municipal rehabs, earning a reputation for safety, detail, and long-lasting results.
